In this magical corner, 95% of our vines are clothed with the prestigious Listán Negro variety, a jewel that has been part of Canarian viticulture for centuries.

The remaining vines are divided between the charming Malvasía and the elegant Listán Blanca. These grapes are the heart of our red wine «El Cerrillal», a nectar that becomes a real breath of pleasure for those who have the privilege of tasting it.
